30-Day Return Policy for Apparel

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy for apparel with the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date or delivery date.
  2. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returned items. The restocking fee is applied to cover inspection and handling costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Customized, altered, or personalized apparel.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or odors.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [contact email or phone number] to initiate the return and receive return instructions.
  2. Ship the item back to us at the address provided within 7 days of initiating the return.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, no restocking fee will be charged, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
